Students in the San Bernardino City Unified School District's EXL golf program are practicing right now to compete in the first annual SBCUSD/Sixtyone Golf Classic at the end of the month. About 100 of them will be competing in a hybrid event. Four-person teams from each of the district's middle schools will compete on-course. The remaining members of each school's team will compete in several skills challenges. Points will be awarded for all phases of the event. The school with the most points will be the 2025 Champion.
However, we need about 30 sets of clubs. We have some sets like the first photo. But our friends at US Kids Golf has made us an offer to deliver what we need by tournament day. So, we are looking for 10 people to help us out. If we can get 10 people to buy a set and then get two friends to do the same, we will reach our goal.
